There is a rooftop suite, which is suitable for both short-term accommodation and long-term stay in Prague. Other rooms are standard size with modern touches. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, hotel toiletries and toilet. There is also a TV, safe, hairdryer and free WIFI internet access throughout the residence. The beds in all rooms are from the German manufacturer FBF, which ensure a comfortable sleeping experience, the Egyptian cotton bed linen enhances this comfort.

    This very popular location is suitable for relaxation, sports, culture and evening life. Nearby are the Branice Rocks with Dobeška Forest Park, from which you can see Vyšehrad and Prague Castle and the overall panorama of Prague.     Breakfast is included in the price and takes place in the glass conservatory, which will surprise you with its original design. In the summer months, there is also an outdoor seating area, which has a very pleasant atmosphere.

    Our residence offers you a conference space in Prague 4. There is a glass hall for this purpose, which abounds in daylight and in the summer months there is also outdoor seating, which has a very pleasant atmosphere.

    Garden

    The complete reconstruction of the building has also contributed to the new look of our garden. The conservatory and outdoor seating blends into the beginning of the garden.

    Parking

    Parking is available directly in front of the villa, but this option is not on secured private land and zone parking applies.
